Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using OperasAI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're using OperasAI on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for that business.

Description of service

OperasAI is a business operating system that lets you manage sales, orders, invoices, customers, projects, support and more, connect third-party tools, and use an AI assistant that can read your business data and act on your instructions. Features and availability may change as the product evolves.

Account registration

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

Subscription and billing

Some plans are free and some are paid. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel or downgrade at any time from Settings, with no lock-in contract. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use OperasAI for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems or networks connected to OperasAI.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Upload or process data you don't have the right to use.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of OperasAI, except where the law permits it.

Third-party integrations

OperasAI can connect to third-party services (such as Gmail, Shopify or Stripe) at your request. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. We aren't responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services, and connecting one is always optional.

Your data and intellectual property

You own the business data you put into OperasAI. We only use it to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. OperasAI, its design, logos and underlying technology are owned by us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Termination

You may stop using OperasAI and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.

Disclaimer of warranties

OperasAI is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated answers will always be accurate, and you should verify important decisions independently.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OperasAI won't be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email or through a notice inside the product before the changes take effect.
